Sell your ticket (Official Resale)

I’M RESELLING MY TICKET

Access your order

• Go to tickets.hellfest.fr
• Click on “Order Management” in the top-right menu

Log in

• Enter the email address you used for the purchase
• Click on the magic link sent to your inbox

Select the ticket to resell

• Click on “Order”
• Choose the ticket you wish to resell
• Click “Manage”

Choose your resale option:

A) Private resale (to someone you know)

• Click “Private resale”
• Copy the link and share it with the person of your choice
• ⚠️ Important: Do not open the link yourself, or the resale will be blocked for 1 hour

B) Public resale

• Click “Public resale”
• The ticket will automatically be listed on the official resale platform

Confirm

• Click “Confirm” to start the resale

Track the status

• Your ticket will display as “For sale”
• You can cancel the resale anytime before it’s sold

IMPORTANT

Patience

• Demand is very high
• It may take several days or even weeks before a ticket is offered to you or before your ticket is purchased

How resale works

• Each ticket listed for resale is randomly offered to someone on the waiting list
• That person has 12 hours to complete the purchase
• If no action is taken, the ticket is offered to the next person
• To keep the process moving, this time window may be shortened depending on the number of tickets available
