MEDIA & CREATOR ACCREDITATION GUIDELINES
Press access to Hellfest is strictly reserved for media professionals and content creators who can demonstrate serious editorial coverage.
Please read the following conditions carefully before submitting your application:
SELECTION & TRACK RECORD: Each application undergoes a rigorous review. We pay close attention to the quality of your media outlet, your audience reach, and the relevance of coverage (reports) provided during previous editions. A lack of tangible editorial output following a past accreditation will lead to a systematic refusal.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION: Accreditations are strictly personal. Every application must be linked to an active media organization or content creation platform. "Freelance" requests without a confirmed assignment or a clearly identified distribution channel will be automatically rejected.
SINGLE PROCEDURE: Forms must be completed individually (one application per person). Please ensure all fields are filled out. Incomplete applications or duplicate submissions will not be processed.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE ACCREDITATION PROCESS
The approval of your application does not trigger the immediate delivery of your pass. If validated, you will receive an official confirmation email. Your final tickets will be sent via email one month before the festival begins.
Hellfest reserves the right to refuse any application that does not meet the festival's requirements, without any obligation to provide further justification.
PHOTO & VIDEO ACCESS SPECIFICATIONS
PIT ACCESS: Obtaining a "Media" accreditation does not automatically guarantee access to the photographer pits. These passes are limited and prioritized for a restricted number of media outlets.
RIGHTS & USAGE: Capturing content is authorized for strictly editorial reporting purposes only. Any commercial or advertising use, as well as the resale of images without prior written consent from Hellfest Productions, is strictly prohibited.
EQUIPMENT: Only professional cameras are permitted. The use of flashes, drones, or tripods is strictly forbidden within the festival grounds.
