Are you a person with reduced mobility, disabilities or a caregiver?

ACCESSIBILITY PRM-PWD

Led by a team of volunteers, Hellfest Productions has set up a system to make the Hellfest experience accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) and people with disabilities (PWD).

Comprising five members when it was created in 2010, the team now has 90 members.

The system includes dedicated services and spaces. It represents an essential step in ensuring that Hellfest remains an event where everyone, regardless of their abilities, can fully enjoy the festival's unique musical and cultural experience.

Target audience

The PMR-PSH accessibility scheme is intended for people with temporary or permanent disabilities, whether:

  • Motor
  • Visual
  • Hearing
  • Mental
  • Cognitive
  • Psychological
  • Disabling illness

This scheme is exclusively for holders of disability, priority, parking, care, and emergency mobility inclusion cards. People with temporary disabilities or who do not yet have a disability or parking card can email their signed medical certificate in advance to [email protected] for review.

People who are temporarily affected by a physical problem or pregnant women who have difficulty walking or standing for long periods of time can use the dedicated corridors to make it easier to get around.

Pregnant people: it is not recommended to attend the festival if you are in the late stages of pregnancy (beyond 7 months). High noise levels can pose a risk to the fetus's hearing, and the environment (crowds, prolonged standing, walking) can cause fatigue or significant stress.

OUR SERVICES

Reception & PRM/PWD Accreditation

Access to services requires PRM/PSH accreditation. To obtain this, you must go to the PRM/PSH reception desk located near the festival entrance:

  • A signed medical certificate dated within the last 3 months
  • Specific accreditation will be issued on site, tailored to the needs of the person with a disability.
  • The person with a disability may be accompanied by another person, who will be issued with accreditation depending on the situation.

A PRM/PSH accessibility guide provides all the relevant practical information. It is written in Easy to Read and Understand (FALC) format. It is also printed in Braille.

Our website is equipped with the digital solution: LISIO Web Engagé to facilitate your reading and navigation.

A Facebook page provides you with news about the system.
