The dates of the Event are :
- Hellfest Open Air festival from 19 to 22 June 2025

Via its website https://hellfest.fr/, this ticketing service is organised, managed and controlled by HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS, an association under the law of 1901, registered with the INSEE under SIREN n°488 296 609, whose registered office is in Clisson (hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser").

These general terms and conditions (otherwise referred to as "GTC") were updated and put online on 9th July 2025. It is specified in advance that these GTC only concern the sale of tickets and the legal consequences arising from the purchase of an Access Pass allowing participation in the "HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL" event, regardless of the sales channel used.

Festival-goers are asked to read all of these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering
an Access Pass for the "HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL".

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering one of the Access Passes for the "HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL" with payment, the festival-goer automatically agrees to the provisions described below, since at the end of the order the festival-goer must click on the "I have read and accept the GTC and the privacy statement" button.

The festival-goer acknowledges that he/she has the legal capacity to enter into commitments under these GTC. If the festival-goer refuses to accept these GTS, he/she will not be able to order the Access Tickets offered by the Organiser. In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by the Organiser and/or its ticketing service provider constitute proof of the transactions made by the festival-goer on the festival website https://hellfest.fr/.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify these GTC in whole or in part at any time. Festival-goers are deemed to accept the current version of the GTC each time they log on to the Organiser's https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ website and when they purchase their Access Pass.

1. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS REGARDING ACCESS TITLES

1.1/ Marketing of the Access Title
The Organiser defines the number of Access Tickets available for the Event. Access Pass(es) are sold, subject to availability, by price category.

The price, date and time mentioned on the sales page of the Event via the website https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ must be checked by the festival-goer prior to payment to ensure that it corresponds to the Access Pass requested. No subsequent claim will be taken into account if the festival-goer selects the wrong Access Pass or if the festival-goer is unable to select the Access Pass he/she would have liked because the quantity is sold out when he/she accesses the sale.

No ticket will be sent in the order confirmation email; it can be downloaded one (1) month before the event from the Order Management Module.

1.2/ Price and Rates for Access Titles

As a preamble, it should be noted that no Access Pass will be sent when the Passes are sold, but that the order confirmation is authentic.

For each sale, all the prices of the Access Passes offered are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, on the https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ website and appear on the front of the Access Pass.

The prices of the Access Passes include rental fees and management fees (details upon request to SAS WEEZEVENT, beneficiary of these fees). They are set by the Organizer and SAS WEEZEVENT according to the category of seats to which they give access. The prices of the Access Passes can be modified at any time by the Organizer

Nevertheless, the current and binding price for the festival-goer - when purchasing his/her Access Pass for the Event - will be the price invoiced on the basis of the price indicated in the order summary and in the order confirmation e-mail received.

The Access Pass purchased by the festival-goer remains the property of the Organiser until full and final payment has been received, and access to the event will only be guaranteed once the festival-goer has paid the full price.

Prices do not include any customs duties and local taxes that may be payable in certain cases, particularly in the case of purchases outside the European Union and in French overseas departments and territories. These are the responsibility of the customer (declaration and payment to the relevant authorities).

The purchase of the home delivery of the bracelet must be made for each ticket concerned, at the time of purchase. The cost of this purchase will be added to the total amount of the order.

1.3/ Maximum Number of Access Titles

The total number of tickets reserved per person during online sales may not exceed the number of two (2) tickets per price, this number being fixed by the Organiser and indicated at the time of purchase. During the sale of Day Passes, the Main Buyer may place up to eight (8) tickets in his/her basket, respecting the rule of two (2) per price. In the event of other sales, this number may be reduced to one (1) quantity per fare.

On site, at the entrance to the event, an adult may purchase only one (1) Half-Fare ticket.

The same person may not circumvent this rule by making several purchases spaced out over time or by making several purchases via several e-mail addresses with the same principal (whether an individual or a legal entity) or by using computer systems specifically programmed to circumvent this rule.

Access Tickets for the event are purchased in real time according to availability and the number of seats allocated by the Organiser.

1.4/ On-site Sales and Reduced Rates

As the festival is a sell-out, full-price tickets will not be accepted on site on the day of the Event. However, it will still be possible for an adult in possession of a valid Access Pass to claim a preferential-rate Access Pass for a minor for whom he/she is responsible.

A minor between the ages of six (6) and seventeen (17) will be entitled to half fare.

The Conditions of access to preferential fares in article 4.2 must be consulted. There are no other reduced fares (student, disabled, other).

The Organiser shall set up a ticket office at the "Tickets" entrance to the Event to assist people wishing to sell their tickets in complete safety.

1.5/ Easy Camp

The sale of accommodation solutions at Easy Camp will be announced during 2025 on the official festival website.

It is not possible to enter Easy Camp with an Easy Camp ticket without a 4-day HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL Pass.

The purchase of an Easy Camp ticket gives access to the accommodation chosen at the time of purchase for a period of five (5) nights.

It is not possible to reduce this period and request payment on a pro rata basis. In the interests of security in this reserved area, the Initial Purchaser must note the names of all the people staying in his/her accommodation when purchasing it.

The Initial Purchaser who has paid for the order must go to Easy Camp on the first day with the Easy Camp entry ticket and his/her identity card to collect the accommodation allocated to him/her. A security deposit will be required on arrival, which will be debited from a cashless account via the wristband. Cashless accounts can be topped up online at any time, or at a bank on the festival site.

To recover this deposit, the depositor must be physically present when the accommodation is checked out. If the depositor is unable to be personally present at the check-out, he must write to [email protected] before 06 July 2025 (midnight), giving all his contact details and the number of the accommodation allocated, and stating his wish to have his security deposit returned.

Any damage noted on the departure inventory will be retained. This document will be signed by the initial Buyer and, in his/her absence, will be accepted automatically and without any possible dispute.

In addition to the price of the accommodation, a tourist tax is payable to the Syndicat Mixte du SCoT et du Pays du Vignoble Nantais . This tax is calculated according to the category of accommodation and the number of people staying there , per night for a total of 5 (five) nights. The Easy Camp entry ticket can be resold until 12 June 2025 (this date is subject to change) on the https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ website and only through this channel.

2. PAYMENT & ORDER VALIDATION & DELIVERY

2.1/ General Provisions

The Organiser reserves the right to limit the distribution channels for its Access Tickets.

All orders, regardless of where they are placed, are payable in euros.

Validation of the order implies the obligation for the festival-goer to pay the price indicated by the total amount of the basket.

2.2/ Order purchasing process

Ordering an Access Pass for the "HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL" event gives rise to the issue of an e-ticket, in application of these GGV, allowing access to the event. The steps involved in ordering an e-ticket on the https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ website are as follows:

  • choice of date, subject to availability, and, if applicable, category and/or price;
  • enter the participant's personal details (which will appear on the ticket for information purposes only);
  • entry of the personal data of the main buyer, who remains the sole contact with the Organisation;
  • for Easy Camp only: the name of all guests;
  • choice of paying options for each ticket (Bracelet at home, for example)
  • summary of the order including information about the essential characteristics of the event(s) ordered and the absence of any right of withdrawal
  • Acceptance of the HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS General Terms and Conditions, the SAS WEEZEVENT General Terms and Conditions and the various confidentiality policies by ticking a box, the opt-in ;
  • creation of a basket, activation of the "NEXT" button order with obligation to pay ;
  • payment of the order with details of the payment methods accepted and validation by bank code if requested;
  • possibility of printing the order;
  • receipt of a confirmation e-mail containing the information given in the order summary and the payment details.

This confirmation e-mail materialises the conclusion of the contract. It is sent to festival- goers within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours after payment has been accepted.

Once the purchase has been confirmed, it is firm and final and no exchange or refund will be possible.

However the Organiser reserves the right to refund any order from an identified festival- goer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous order and/or who has not complied with the conditions set out during the purchase process.

2.3/ Payment security

The festival-goer's bank account, via the chosen method of payment, will be debited with the total amount of the order as soon as the transaction has been finally validated. A proof of payment will be automatically available to the festival-goer, at the end of the transaction, on the order confirmation page and also by sending an e-mail confirming the order within forty-eight (48) hours. If the festival-goer does not complete the process and does not validate his/her order with the Organiser, and despite validation with his/her bank via 3D secure for example, the order will not be validated or debited; the festival-goer will not receive an order confirmation.

Festival-goers can pay for Full Price Passes on the https://www.hellfest.fr/ website exclusively by the following means of payment, as defined at the time of purchase: VISA, Mastercard.

Electronic payments made as part of transactions carried out on the https://www.hellfest.fr website are secured using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption process and the information is transmitted to a bank server in charge of processing and control, without any intermediary having access to this information. At the time of payment by credit card, the festival-goer is sent to the secure interface of the payment provider, SAS WEEZEVENT, which has chosen to add a level of security to transactions with the use of 3D secure. The festival-goer must take care to follow the steps to validate their order, which requires prior validation of their payment with their bank. If the festivalgoer validates their payment on their bank's interface but does not complete the order on Weezevent's purchase path, the bank transaction will be cancelled, and the festivalgoer will not receive an order confirmation.

2.3-1/ Delivery, Responsibility, and Dispute

Once the order has been validated, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail with an order number. No ticket will be sent by e-mail initially, and no ticket will be sent by post ever. In the case of a purchase of a 4-day ‘festival-goer’ Bracelet sent to the home address, the parcel will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the festival-goer when this is expressly requested and insofar as this postal address is correctly indicated. It is possible to have the parcel delivered to your place of work or to a relative's address; the festival-goer simply needs to make a note of this in the box provided for this purpose in order to complete all the information required for the parcel to be delivered correctly (for example the name of the friend). If the festival-goer enters a postal address that does not meet the above criteria, it is assumed that he/she has consciously chosen not to receive his/her parcel. No refund will be offered and this will not be contested.

The festival-goer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data he/she provides. The Organiser cannot be held responsible in the event of a data entry error. If the error results in an inability to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the shipping company and the festival-goer will no longer be entitled to receive his/her parcel, and no refund will be offered. If the return of the parcel includes fees, these could be asked to the purchaser. Prices do not include any customs duties and local taxes that may be payable in certain cases, particularly in the case of purchases outside the European Union and in French overseas departments and territories. These are the responsibility of the client (declaration, payment to the appropriate authorities).

Hellfest Productions reserves the right at any time to cancel the order for the Bracelet to be delivered to the Purchaser's home if the delivery conditions are not favourable to the proper execution of the shipment and/or are likely to endanger the parcel.

2.3-2/ The Wristband

Festival-goers who have purchased a wristband to be sent to their home address will be informed of the procedure for receiving this wristband one month maximum before the event on https://www.hellfest.fr/. Wristbands will only be sent for 4-day “festival-goers” passes, not for VIPs or any other type of pass. If the festival-goer does not fill in the information requested, no Bracelet will be sent and he/she will not be entitled to any refund. Please note that the parcel will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the festival-goer. It is possible to have the parcel delivered to your place of work or to a relative's address; the festival-goer simply needs to note this information in the box provided for this purpose. If the festival-goer enters an incorrect postal address or does not correctly (or partially) enter the information required for delivery, it is accepted that the festival-goer consciously chooses not to receive the parcel. No reimbursement will be offered and, without protest, no Bracelet will be sent.

Bracelets for 4-day passes will be sent out between April and June 2025 (this date may vary; festival-goers will be informed by e-mail). It will be possible to enter and modify contact details during the information collection period. Once this period is over, no further changes will be possible and no changes will be taken into account by email. If the festival-goer does not receive his/her package for any reason whatsoever, he/she must go to the festival entrance with his/her Access Pass and contact the after-sales service on site to receive a brand new wristband. The dedicated team will take all necessary steps to ensure that any Cashless credit loaded beforehand is transferred to this bracelet. If the Bracelet has already been used to enter the festival, it will be assumed that the request to the after-sales service is inadmissible. Each Access Pass linked to a Wristband will be invalidated to prevent ticket fraud. The Organiser may under no circumstances be held responsible for the loss, theft or breakage of the Wristband prior to its use.

Purchasers cannot claim to receive their Wristband if they have cancelled or resold the corresponding Access Pass. If the Access Pass is no longer valid in the Hellfest Productions database with its original reference number, the Wristband will not be sent and the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to a festival-goer with an invalid Access Pass, an illegitimate Bracelet or any other case that does not follow the procedure announced by the Organiser, without complaint.

3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1/ Collection of Personal Data

The Organiser is responsible for the processing. When placing an order, the Organiser collects certain personal information and data from the festival-goer, including, but not limited to, their first and last name, e-mail address, mobile telephone number, postal address, post-code and town, title and date of birth.

3.2/ Purposes of Data Processing

The information and data concerning the festival-goer are necessary for the management of the order and the commercial relationship. The information and data are also kept for security purposes and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations in terms of data retention.

This data will be used to process and monitor the festival-goer's order, as well as in the event of a postponement or cancellation of the corresponding event.

The festival-goer accepts that the Organiser may notify him of any decision affecting the conditions under which the said Event takes place (such as cancellation, postponement, change of venue, conditions for exceptional reimbursement, essential additional information), using the contact details that he will have provided to the Organiser as part of his order, in order to inform him of the said changes as well as the procedure to follow, and to reiterate the terms of his contract, until the end of the event

3.3/ Data Recipients

For the purposes of processing and tracking the order, companies with which the Organiser has a contractual relationship and which have undertaken to ensure the strictest confidentiality of such data (organisers in connection with the organisation of the Event, external point of sale from which the order was placed, technical, transport and shipping service providers, etc.) may have access to such data. No canvassing is authorised on their part.

3.4/ Data Retention Period

Festival-goers' personal data is kept until the fulfilment of the purpose for which it was collected, subject to the legal obligations imposed on the Organiser and its service providers, in terms of retention, to enable them to justify their activity in the event of an inspection.

HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS will keep festival-goers' data for a minimum of three (3) years. This period runs from the moment the data is collected at the time of purchase of the Access Pass(es) by the festival-goer or after the last contact (ticketing after-sales service request, refund request or click on a hypertext link in an e-mail sent by Hellfest Productions).

At the end of this period, festival-goers' data will be deleted and archived in accordance with the relevant legal retention obligations.

3.5/ Festival-Goer's Consent

Festival-goers may, if they wish, authorise the Organiser to send them newsletters and additional information essential to the execution of their order, by SMS or e-mail.

If, after the festival, festival-goers no longer wish to receive information from the Organiser and its partners, they should send an e-mail to [email protected]

3.6/ Rights of Access, Rectification, and Objection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, festival-goers have the right to access, rectify and, subject to the legal provisions applicable to the matter, delete data concerning them.

They may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning them. In this case, only information relating to the order will be sent to the customer until the purpose for which the data was collected has been fulfilled. They may exercise these rights by contacting Hellfest Productions - RGPD - 4 la Feuillée - 85610 Cugand - France. The letter must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the festival-goer's signature, and must specify the address to which the reply is to be sent.

It should be noted that the data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the proper execution of the ticket purchased and cannot be deleted before the event for which it was collected, for obvious reasons.

4. ACCESS & CONTROL OF ACCESS TITLES

4.1/ Access to the Event

Entry to the Event is by presentation of a valid e-ticket on a smartphone or with a wristband received at home.

If an e-ticket is lost or inaccessible, festival-goers must go to https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ to access their order (with their order number). They may contact the after-sales service via [email protected] if they encounter a technical problem or if their question is not answered on the website. The Organiser may refuse to send a duplicate without explanation.

In the event of the loss of a ticket or Wristband, whether or not loaded with Cashless credit before entering the festival site, the person responsible for the said Access Pass must immediately write to [email protected] with the e-mail used for the purchase, mentioning their contact details, ticket or order number and request the detachment of
their Access Pass from their Cashless account. On the day of the festival, he/she will present his/her Access Pass to be given a new Wristband on which the control agent will load the Cashless credit from his/her online account.

Each festival-goer entering an event must personally carry a valid Access Pass and keep it until the end of the event, even if they have their wristband on
Each Access Card has a unique QR code. It is impossible to be admitted several times with the same Access Pass on the same day. It is not possible to claim a Bracelet by presenting an Access Card that has already been paired with another Bracelet.

The event starts at the time indicated on the https://hellfest.fr/ website and on the application, except in cases of force majeure. It is advisable to arrive at least two (2) hours before the event start time. Access to the scan controls is open from 9 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Sunday. The Organiser will refuse entry to any festival-goer arriving between midnight and two (2) a.m., i.e. the day after their Access Pass is valid.

No refund will be made if the festival-goer is unable to attend the Event during the opening hours for checking his/her Access Pass

4.2/ Access for Minors and Reduced Rates

HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS wishes to point out the particular nature of such an event (surface areas, crowd movements, noise levels, etc.) and does not encourage the presence of minors on the festival site. The Organiser would like to remind you that it is strongly recommended that you bring adequate hearing protection and any other accessory necessary for the well-being of everyone, especially minors.

Access to the festival for minors under the age of six (6) is strictly forbidden. If the minor is between six (6) and sixteen (16) years of age maximum, it will be possible to purchase a half-price Access Pass on site by scanning the QR code available at the festival entrance to access the Ticketing Half-Price sale. Only VISA or Mastercard may be used.

An adult is entitled to a single preferential-price Pass for minors. To obtain a half-price Access Pass, the responsible adult festival-goer must go with the minor to the "Ticket Office" stand in person on the day of the festival with his/her valid Full Price Access Pass (4 or 1 day Pass, valid wristband), identity card and child's identity card and/or family record book proving your parent/child relationship.

The details of the legal parent and those of the accompanying person, if different, will be expressly requested. Without this information or with wrong one, the ticket will be refunded and the access denied.

For the record, Hellfest reserves the right to refuse and/or reimburse any request that does not respect the stated criteria.

4.3/ Access Title and Wristband Checks

Access Passes will be checked using QR code readers by the Event Organiser - under its responsibility - at the entrance to the said event. If several purchases have been made per order, each purchase will give rise to the creation of an Access Pass containing a unique QR code. Each Access Pass will be checked individually at the entrance to the Event. Each Access Pass will be charged on the wristband and one wristband only. The first person to present the Access Pass will be designated as the rightful recipient of the corresponding Bracelet, regardless of the name indicated on said Pass.

Festival-goers presenting themselves at access controls with their Bracelet must be able to show their Access Pass at any time if requested. In the event of a negative check of their Bracelet at the scanners, festival-goers must be able to justify their right to enter the festival on that particular day, and must comply with the checks and submit to any verification of information without objection. If the festival-goer's presence is not legitimate or if the officials suspect fraud, the festival-goer will have to leave the premises.

4.4/ Identity and Security Checks

The Organiser reserves the right to check the identity of the festival-goer at the entrance to the venue where the Event is taking place or inside the venue where the Event is taking place. The festival-goer must therefore be in possession of a valid official identity document with photo.

Festival-goers may be required to undergo a security check at the entrance to the Event and at any time during the Event. Any person refusing to submit to this security measure may be refused access, have their Access Pass invalidated or have their Bracelet permanently removed. Even after the Bracelet has been put on, the festival-goer must keep his/her Access Pass until the end of the Event.

4.5/ Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring onto the event site weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers such as water bottles, sharp or blunt objects and, in general, any object likely to be used as a projectile, any dangerous object and any pyrotechnic item, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature, and this list is not exhaustive.

Any offender may be refused access or escorted back to the festival gates, and will be held responsible and liable for prosecution.

5. USE AND VALIDITY OF ACCESS TITLES

5.1/ Validity of Access Titles and Wristbands

The Access Pass is only valid for the event to which it relates, on the date, at the time and under the conditions shown on the Access Pass. This ticket must be kept until the end of the event. The Bracelet is only valid for the event to which it relates, on the date, at the time and under the conditions shown on the Access Pass which activated it. No festival-goer will be allowed to enter the festival grounds with an Access Pass or Wristband that does not correspond to the date of the day. In this case, the day means from the opening of the gates in the morning until the last concert, even if it is after midnight (when the gates close). Therefore, it is not allowed to enter the festival site after midnight and one (1) minute with a pass dated on that day.

5.2/ Resale of Access Titles and Wristbands

Each Access Pass is personal and may only be resold in compliance with law n°2012-348 of 12 March 2012 aimed at facilitating the organisation of sporting and cultural events, which prohibits, under penalty of criminal sanctions, the habitual sale of Access Passes for cultural or sporting events without the express authorisation of the organiser or the owner of the exploitation rights.

The Organiser also draws attention to the provisions of article 313-6-2 of the French Criminal Code, which states that : "The fact of selling, offering for sale or exhibiting for sale or transfer or providing the means for sale or transfer of admission tickets to a sporting, cultural or commercial event or a live performance, on a regular basis and without the authorisation of the producer, organiser or owner of the exploitation rights for this event or performance, is punishable by a fine of €15,000. This penalty is increased to €30,000 in the event of a repeat offence. For the purposes of the first paragraph, an admission ticket is any ticket, document, message or code, regardless of form or medium, attesting to the fact that the right to attend the event or performance has been obtained from the producer, organiser or owner of theexploitation rights.

It is accepted that only tickets purchased via the official platform https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ are valid for "HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL" 2025 edition and that only this platform is authorised to accept and facilitate the placing online and resale of a second-hand Access Pass for the "HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL" 2025 edition.

It is recommended that everyone is in possession of an Access Pass for which the Purchaser designated in the Organiser's database and having paid for the order, is himself/herself. In order to be designated as the Buyer responsible for their ticket, and if the festival-goer has not purchased the ticket themselves on the official platform, it is recommended that they purchase via private sale on https://tickets.hellfest.fr/. It is not recommended to buy an Access Pass from a stranger, either by hand or on the internet, even in a private sale, as the link, although similar, could be a link to a mirror site.

5.3/ Resale of wristbands

It is strictly forbidden to resell a Bracelet. The Bracelet has been fitted or sent to a specific festival-goer and gives them access to the festival according to the conditions of the Access Pass they have activated. It can also be loaded with Cashless credit by the person who linked it to their online account. If the wristband is stolen, the festival-goer must contact the festival [email protected] to detach the ticket from the account and thus preserve the amount charged and the Access Pass that may have been attached to the wristband. In addition, if he so wishes, the original purchaser may contact the relevant police services, and the Organiser may be asked to produce the documents required to lodge a complaint.  As a reminder, if the Purchaser sells on the official website or has his/her Access Pass refunded by activating the Refunded Ticket option, then this action cancels the Bracelet at Home option, without any possible dispute. The Purchaser may not claim any refund or compensation.

5.4/ Reproduction of an Access Card

It is forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit an Access Card or Wristband in any way whatsoever. The reproduction of Access Tickets or Bracelets is prohibited and will not provide any benefit.

The Organiser may refuse access to the venue where the Event is taking place if it becomes aware that several printouts or reproductions of a Printable Access Pass are in circulation and that access to the venue of the Event has already been granted to the bearer of a printout or reproduction.

As the Organiser is not obliged to check the identity of the person in possession of the print- at-home Access Card, nor to check the authenticity of the Access Card, insofar as the copy of the print-at-home Access Card cannot be detected with certainty, only the first person presenting the Access Card or a reproduction thereof will be admitted to the venue where the event is taking place. This person is presumed to be the legitimate bearer of the Access Card.

In this case, if the person holding a Printable Access Pass is refused access to the venue where the Event is taking place, he/she will not be entitled to any reimbursement of the price paid.

5.5/ Multiple Access Certificates

It is possible for festival-goers to be in possession of several cumulative Access Tickets. It is absolutely essential that festival-goers present all their Access Passes at the checkpoint the first time, in order to receive the wristband corresponding to all their Access Passes. They must also tell the ticket inspectors which Access Pass they have loaded their Cashless credit onto. If the festival-goer forgets to present one of their Access Passes or if they acquire a new Access Pass while they have their wristband on, the festival-goer must go immediately to the ticketing service within the festival grounds or report to a control agent at the entrances to have their access rights modified.

HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS specifies that the person who has reproduced the Access Pass and the user of the copy of the Access Pass are liable to prosecution in accordance with theprovisions of articles 313-1 and 441-1 of the French Penal Code.

6. POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND OFFICIAL RESALE

6.1/ Scope of application

These conditions of deferral, cancellation and refund apply to all Access Tickets sold by the Organiser and those sold second-hand on the https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ platform. In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to any right of withdrawal.

Once purchased by the festival-goer, the Access Pass(es) cannot be exchanged or refunded (except in the cases described below), even if the Access Pass has not been used by the festival-goer.

The postponement or partial or total cancellation of the Event may result in particular, but not exclusively, from technical, climatic, safety or health reasons, withdrawal of authorisations by the public authorities or due to the cancellation of scheduled artists...

6.2/ Event Postponement

If the Event is postponed, the Access Pass remains valid for the date on which it is rescheduled However, if festival-goers wish to have their ticket refunded, they may do so in accordance with the terms and conditions described in 6.5.

6.3/ Cancellation, postponement of the Event and modification

In the event of cancellation of the Event, the terms and conditions of reimbursement will be communicated by the Organisation mainly on its official website. Refunds will only be made to the purchaser who has paid for the order against presentation of the Access Pass and in accordance with the conditions detailed in 6.5. The refund will never be made to the participant, as his/her name is noted on the ticket for information purposes only. If the participant has purchased his/her Access Pass from the purchaser, he/she will never be designated as the purchaser responsible for this ticket and will therefore never be able to claim a refund or contact the ticketing after-sales service.

The Access Pass purchased by the festival-goer is understood to be a global service.
