GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Hellfest Productions is a non-profit organisation under the French law of 1901 that organises the annual Hellfest Open Air, an extreme music festival held in June in Clisson (44), as well as satellite events throughout the year.
Via its website https://hellfest.fr/, this ticketing service is organised, managed and controlled by HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS, a non-profit organisation under the French law of 1901, registered with INSEE under SIREN number 488 296 609, whose registered office is in Clisson (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Organiser’).
This ticketing service is provided in partnership with SAS WEEZEVENT, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €72,212.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 503 715 401 00017, whose registered office is in Dijon, France.
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘GTC’) were posted online on 08/07/2025 and may be updated as events progress. It is hereby specified that these GTC apply solely to ticket sales and the legal consequences arising from the purchase of an Admission Ticket allowing participation in the ‘HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL’ event, regardless of the sales channel used.
Festival-goers are requested to read these T&Cs carefully before ordering an Access Ticket for the ‘HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL’.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order with payment obligation for one of the Admission Tickets to attend the ‘HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL’, the festival-goer automatically agrees to the provisions described below, as at the end of the order process, the festival-goer must click on the button ‘I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy’.
The festival-goer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to commit to these T&Cs.
If the festival-goer refuses to accept these T&Cs, they will not be able to order the Tickets offered by the Organiser.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the Organiser and/or its ticketing service provider constitutes proof of the transactions made by the festival-goer on the festival website (http://hellfest.fr/).
The Organiser reserves the right to modify these GTC, in whole or in part, at any time. Festival-goers are deemed to accept the current version of the GTC each time they log on to the Organiser's website https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ and when purchasing their Access Ticket.
1. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS REGARDING ACCESS TITLES
1.1/ Marketing of the Access Title
The Organiser determines the number of Access Tickets available for the Event. Access Tickets are sold, subject to availability, by price category.
The price, date and time mentioned on the Event sales page via the website https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ must be checked by the festival-goer prior to payment to ensure that it corresponds to the Access Ticket requested. No subsequent claims will be considered if the festival-goer selects the wrong Access Ticket or if the festival-goer is unable to select the Access Ticket they would have liked because it is sold out when they access the sale. No ticket will be sent in the order confirmation email; it can be downloaded one (1) month before the event from the Order Management Module.
1.2/ Price and Rates for Access Titles
Firstly, it should be noted that no Admission Tickets will be sent when Passes are sold, but that the order confirmation is valid.
For each sale, all prices for Access Tickets are indicated in euros, including all taxes, on the website https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ and appear on the front of the Access Ticket.
Access Ticket prices include booking fees and administration fees (details available on request from SAS WEEZEVENT, the beneficiary of these fees). They are set by the Organiser and SAS WEEZEVENT according to the category of seats to which they give access. Access Ticket prices may be changed at any time by the Organiser.
However, the updated price that is binding for the festival-goer – when purchasing their Access Ticket for the Event – will be the price invoiced on the basis of the price indicated in the order summary and in the order confirmation email received.
The Access Ticket purchased by the festival-goer remains the property of the Organiser until full and final payment of the price has been received, and access to the event will only be guaranteed after full payment of the price by the festival-goer.
Prices do not include any customs duties and local taxes that may be payable in certain cases, particularly for purchases outside the European Union and in the French overseas departments and territories. These will be payable by the customer and are their responsibility (declaration, payment to the relevant authorities).
The purchase of home delivery of the wristband must be made for each ticket concerned at the time of purchase. The costs associated with this purchase will be added to the total amount of the order.
1.3/ Maximum Number of Access Titles
The total number of tickets that can be reserved per person during online sales cannot exceed two (2) tickets per price category. This number is set by the Organiser and indicated at the time of purchase. When purchasing Day Passes, the main Purchaser may add up to eight (8) tickets to their basket, subject to the rule of two (2) per ticket type. In the case of other sales, this number may be reduced to one (1) per ticket type. At the event entrance, an adult may purchase only one (1) Half-Price ticket.
The same person may not circumvent this rule by making several purchases over time or by making several purchases using different email addresses with the same payer (whether a natural or legal person) or by using computer systems specifically programmed to circumvent this rule.Purchases of Admission Tickets for the event are made in real
time according to availability and the number of places set by the Organiser.
1.4/ On-site Sales and Reduced Rates
As the festival is sold out, full-price tickets will not be available for purchase on site on the day of the event. However, adults with a valid admission ticket may still purchase a discounted admission ticket for a minor in their care. Minors aged between six (6) and seventeen (17) are eligible for half-price tickets. The conditions for accessing preferential rates in Article 4.2 must be consulted. No other reduced rates (student, disability, other) are available.
The Organiser has set up a ticket office at the Event entrance to assist people who wish to resell their tickets in complete security.
1.5/ Easy Camp
The sale of accommodation solutions at Easy Camp will be announced during 2026 on the festival's official website. It is not possible to enter Easy Camp with an Easy Camp ticket without a 4-day pass for the HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL.
The purchase of an Easy Camp ticket gives access to the accommodation chosen at the time of purchase for a period of five (5) nights. It is not possible to reduce the duration and request a pro-rata refund. For security reasons in this reserved area, the original purchaser must note the names of all guests staying in their accommodation at the time of purchase.
The original purchaser who paid for the order must present themselves at Easy Camp on the first day with their Easy Camp entry ticket and ID card to collect the accommodation allocated to them. At the arrival inventory, a security deposit will be requested, which will be debited from a cashless account via their wristband. It is possible to top up your cashless account online at any time, or at a bank on the festival site. To recover this security deposit, the depositor must be physically present at the departure inventory of the accommodation. If the depositor is unable to be present in person at the final inventory, they must write to [email protected] before 5 July 2026 (midnight), providing their full contact details and the number of the accommodation allocated to them, and stating their wish to have their security deposit returned. Any damage noted on the exit inventory will be deducted.
This document will be signed by the original Purchaser and, in their absence, will be deemed to have been accepted automatically and without possibility of dispute. A tourist tax will be added to the price of the accommodation and paid to the
Syndicat Mixte du SCoT et du Pays du Vignoble Nantais. This tax is calculated based on the category of accommodation and the number of people staying there, per night for a total of five (5) nights. The Easy Camp entry ticket can be resold until 11 June 2026 (this date is subject to change) on the website https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ and only through this channel.
2. PAYMENT & ORDER VALIDATION & DELIVERY
2.1/ General Provisions
The Organiser reserves the right to limit the distribution channels for its Admission Tickets.
All orders, regardless of where they are placed, are payable in euros. Confirmation of the order entails the festival-goer's obligation to pay the price indicated by the total amount in the basket.
2.2/ Order purchasing process
The order of an Access Ticket for the ‘HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL’ event gives rise to the issuance of an e-ticket, in accordance with these GGV, allowing access to the event.
The steps for ordering an e-ticket on the website https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ are as follows:
- select the desired date, subject to availability, and, where applicable, the category and/or price;
- enter the participant's personal details (which will appear on the ticket for information purposes only);
- enter the personal details of the main purchaser, who will remain the sole point of contact for the Organisation;
- for Easy Camp only: the names of all guests;
- selection of paid options for each ticket (e.g. wristband at home);
- summary of the order, including information on the essential characteristics of the event(s) ordered and the absence of a right of withdrawal;
- acceptance of the T&Cs of HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS, the T&Cs of SAS WEEZEVENT and the various privacy policies by ticking a box, the opt-ins;
- creation of a basket, activation of the ‘NEXT’ button to place the order with obligation to pay;
- payment for the order with details of the accepted payment methods and validation by bank code if requested;
- option to print the order;
- receipt of a confirmation email containing the information provided in the order summary and payment details.
This confirmation email constitutes the conclusion of the contract. It is sent to festival-goers within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours after payment has been accepted.
Once the purchase has been validated, it is final and no exchanges or refunds will be possible.
However, the Organiser reserves the right to refund any order placed by an identified festival-goer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous order and/or who has not complied with the conditions set out during the purchase process.
2.3/ Payment security
The festival-goer's bank account will be debited for the total amount of the order via the chosen payment method as soon as the transaction is finally confirmed. A proof of payment will be automatically available to the festival-goer at the end of the transaction on the order confirmation page, as well as via an order confirmation email sent within forty-eight (48) hours. If the festival-goer does not complete the process and does not confirm their order with the Organiser, and despite confirmation from their bank via 3D Secure, for example, the order will not be confirmed or debited; the festival-goer will not receive an order confirmation.
Payment for Full Price Tickets by the festival-goer on the website https://www.hellfest.fr/ is made exclusively by the following means of payment, as defined at the time of purchase: VISA, Mastercard.
Electronic payments made as part of transactions carried out on the website https://www.hellfest.fr/ are secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, and the information is transmitted to a bank server responsible for processing and control, without any intermediary having access to this information.
When paying by credit card, festival-goers are redirected to the secure interface of the payment provider, SAS WEEZEVENT, which has chosen to add an extra level of security to transactions with the use of 3D Secure. Festival-goers must ensure that they follow the steps to confirm their order, which requires prior confirmation of payment from their bank. If festival-goers confirm their payment on their bank's interface but do not complete the order on the Weezevent purchase process, the bank transaction will be cancelled and festival-goers will not receive an order confirmation.
2.3-1/ Delivery, Responsibility, and Dispute
Once the order has been confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent by email, which will include an order number. No tickets will be sent by email initially, and access passes will never be sent by post.
When purchasing a 4-day ‘festival-goer’ wristband for home delivery, the package will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the festival-goer when expressly requested and provided that this postal address is correctly indicated (with all the information necessary for the delivery to be carried out correctly). It is possible to have the package delivered to your place of work or to the address of a relative. Festival-goers simply need to note this information in the space provided to complete the information necessary for the successful delivery of the package. If the festival-goer enters a postal address that does not meet the criteria set out above, it is understood that they have made a conscious decision not to receive their package. No refunds can be offered, and this is not open to dispute.
Festival-goers must ensure that the mandatory information they provide is accurate and complete. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any errors in the information entered. If the error results in the package not being received, it will be returned to the shipping provider and the festival-goer will no longer be entitled to receive their package, and no refund can be offered. If the package is returned due to an error in the information provided, additional costs may be charged to the recipient of the package.
Prices do not include any customs duties and local taxes that may be payable in certain cases, particularly for purchases outside the European Union and in the French overseas departments and territories. These will be payable by the customer and are their responsibility (declaration, payment to the relevant authorities).
Hellfest Productions reserves the right at any time to cancel the Buyer's order for home delivery of the Wristband if the delivery conditions are not conducive to the proper execution of the shipment and/or are likely to jeopardise the parcel.
2.3-2/ The Wristband
Festival-goers who have purchased home delivery of their wristband will be notified of the procedure for receiving said wristband a maximum of one month before the event at https://www.hellfest.fr/. Wristband delivery only applies to 4-day ‘festival-goer’ passes, not VIP or any other type of pass. If the festival-goer does not provide the requested information, no wristband will be sent and they will not be entitled to a refund. Please note that the package will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the festival-goer. It is possible to have the package delivered to your place of work or to the address of a relative; festival-goers simply need to indicate this in the space provided. If the festival-goer enters an incorrect postal address or does not enter the information required for delivery correctly (or partially), it is understood that they have made a conscious decision not to receive their parcel. No refund can be offered and, without dispute, no wristband will be sent.
Wristbands for 4-day Passes will be shipped between April and June 2026 (this date may vary, and festival-goers will be notified by email). It will be possible to enter and modify your contact details during the information collection period. Once this period is over, no further modifications will be possible, and no modifications will be accepted by email. If festival-goers do not receive their package for any reason, they must go to the festival entrance with their Access Ticket and report to the on-site customer service department without queuing at the “festival-goer” entrances to receive a brand new wristband. The dedicated team will take the necessary steps to ensure that any cashless credit loaded in advance is transferred to this wristband. If the wristband has already been used to enter the festival, the request for assistance from customer service will be deemed inadmissible. Each Access Ticket linked to a wristband will be invalidated to prevent ticket fraud. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the wristband before it is used.
Purchasers are not entitled to receive their wristband if they have cancelled or resold the Access Ticket for which they purchased this option. In the event that the Access Ticket is no longer valid in the Hellfest Productions database with its initial reference number, the Wristband will not be sent and the Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund as the option linked to it will be lost.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to a festival-goer with an invalid Access Ticket, an illegitimate Wristband or in any other case that does not follow the procedure announced by the Organiser, without any claim.
3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1/ Collection of Personal Data
The controller is the Organizer. The Organizer is required to collect from the festival-goer, when taking the order, certain information and personal data, namely, without this list being limiting, his name and first name, his e-mail address, his mobile phone number, his postal address, his postal code and his city, his civility and his date of birth.
3.2/ Purposes of Data Processing
The information and data concerning the festival-goer are necessary for the management of the order and the commercial relationship. The information and data are also stored for security purposes and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations regarding data retention.
This data will be used in the context of the processing and follow-up of the festivalier’s order, as well as in the event of a possible postponement or cancelation of the corresponding event.
The festival-goer accepts that the Organizer will notify him of any decision affecting the conditions of the event (such as cancelation, postponement, modification of the venue, exceptional reimbursement conditions, additional information indispensable), use the contact details he has provided to the Organizer in the context of his order, in order to inform him of these modifications as well as of the procedure to follow, to respecify the terms of his contract and this, until the end of the event.
3.3/ Data Recipients
In the context of the processing and monitoring of the order, companies with which the Organizer is contractually bound and which have undertaken to ensure the strictest confidentiality of this data (organizers in the context of the organization of the Event, external point of sale with which the order was placed, technical, transport, shipping of purchases, etc.) may have access to this data. No canvassing is allowed on their part.
3.4/ Data Retention Period
The personal data of the festival-goers are kept until the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled, subject to the legal obligations imposed on the Organizer and its providers, in terms of storage, to allow them to justify their activity in the event of control.
HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS will retain festival attendee data for a minimum of three (3) years.
This period runs from the time of collection of the data when the festival visitor purchases the Access Document(s) or after the last contact (request for ticket service, request for reimbursement or click on a hyperlink of an email sent by Hellfest Productions).
At the end of this period, the festival visitors' data will be deleted and archived in accordance with the applicable legal retention obligations.
3.5/ Festival-Goer's Consent
The festival-goer may, if he so wishes, authorize the Organizer to send him his newsletters and to send him the additional information essential for the execution of his order, by SMS or by email.
If after the festival the festival does not wish to receive any further information from the Organizer and its partners, the festival-goer should send an email to [email protected]
3.6/ Rights of Access, Rectification, and Objection
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and with Law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, festival-goers have a right of access, rectification and, subject to the legal provisions applicable to the matter, deletion of data concerning them.
He or she may also object to the processing of data relating to him or her on legitimate grounds. It will be accepted that only the information relating to his order is then sent to him until the fulfillment of the purpose for which the data were collected. He may exercise those rights by contacting Hellfest Productions - GDPR - 4 la Feuillé - 85610 Cugand - France.
The letter must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the signature of the festival-goer and specify the address to which the reply must be sent.
It should be noted that the data will be retained as useful for the proper execution of the ticket purchased and cannot be deleted before the event for which it was collected for obvious reasons.
4. ACCESS & CONTROL OF ACCESS TITLES
4.1/ Access to the Event
Access to the event is provided on presentation of a valid e-ticket on smartphone or with a Bracelet received at home.
In the event of the loss or inaccessibility of an e-ticket, the festivalgoer must go to https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ to access his order (with his order number). He can contact the VAS via [email protected] if he encounters a technical problem or if his question is not answered on the website. The Organizer may refuse to send a duplicate without explanation from the Organizer.
In case of loss of a ticket or bracelet loaded or not with Cashless credit before entering the festival site, the person responsible for this Access Title must immediately write with the email that was used for the purchase to [email protected] mentioning his contact details, his ticket or order number and request the detachment of his Access Title to his Cashless account. He will present himself on the day of the festival with his Access Title to be given a new Bracelet on which the control officer will load the Cashless credit from his online account.
Each festival-goer accessing an event must be personally equipped with a valid Access Title and keep it until the end of the event, even if they have their Bracelet on their wrist.
Each Access Title has a unique QR code. It is impossible to be admitted to the entrance several times with the same Access Title on the same day. It is impossible to claim a Bracelet by presenting an Access Title already paired with another Bracelet.
The event shall start at the time indicated on the website https://hellfest.fr/ and on the application except in cases of force majeure. It is recommended that you arrive at least two (2) hours prior to the event start time. Access to the scan controls is open from 9 a.m. until midnight on Friday or Sunday.
No refund may be made if the festival-goer is unable to attend the Event during the opening hours of the control of his Access Pass.
4.2/ Access for Minors and Reduced Rates
HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS recalls the special nature of such an event (areas, movements of crowds, sound levels, etc.) and does not encourage the presence of minors on the festival site. The Organizer recalls that it is strongly advised to provide adequate hearing protection and any accessories necessary for the well-being of all and above all for the minor and reserves the right to refuse entry if he considers that the appropriate conditions are not respected.
Access to the festival for children under six (6) years of age is strictly prohibited.
If the minor is between six (6) and sixteen (16) years of age, it will be possible to purchase a Half-Price Access Pass on site by scanning the QR code available at the entrance of the festival on his smartphone to access the purchase route. Purchase is only by VISA or Mastercard.
An adult may be entitled to a single Access Ticket at a minor preferential rate. In order to benefit from a Half-Price Access Pass, the responsible adult festival-goer must present himself or herself with the minor at the “Ticketing” stand in person on the day of the festival with his or her valid Full Price Access Pass (Pass 4 or 1 day, valid bracelet), identity card and child's identity card and/or family booklet proving your filiation link.
The contact details of the legal parent and the accompanying person, if different, will be expressly requested. Without this information or with erroneous information in order to deceive the Organizer, the latter will proceed to refund the ticket and refuse entry to the minor.
As a reminder, Hellfest reserves the right to refuse and/or refund on site any request that does not meet the stated criteria.
4.3/ Access Title and Wristband Checks
The Event Organizer - under its responsibility - will check the Access Titles using QR code readers when entering the event.
In the case where several purchases have been made per order, each purchase will give rise to the creation of an Access Title containing a unique QR code. Each Access Ticket will be checked individually at the event entrance. Each Access Ticket will be individually loaded with the corresponding access on the Bracelet that will be given to it. The first person to present the Access Title will be designated as legitimate to receive the corresponding Bracelet, whatever the name indicated on the said Title.
The festival-goer arriving at the access controls with his Bracelet must be able to present his Access Title at any time if requested. In the event of a negative check of his Bracelet at the scan controls, the festival-goer must be able to justify his legitimacy to enter the festival precisely that day, he must comply with the controls and submit to any verification of information without dispute. If the presence of the festival-goer is not legitimate or if the agents suspect fraud, the festival-goer will have to leave the premises.
4.4/ Identity and Security Checks
The Organizer reserves the right to check the identity of the festival-goer at the entrance to the venue where the Event is taking place or within the venue where the Event is taking place. The festival-goer will therefore have to be in possession of an official identity document - valid - and with a photo.
The festivalgoer may be required to undergo a security pat-down at the entrance to the Event and at any time during the Event. Access may be refused to any person refusing to comply with this security measure, or their Access Title may be invalidated or their Bracelet permanently removed. Even after the installation of his Bracelet, the festival-goer must keep his Access Title until the end of the event.
4.5/ Prohibited Items
For security reasons, it is strictly prohibited to bring weapons, explosive substances, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers such as flasks, sharp or blunt objects and, in general, any object capable of serving as a projectile, any dangerous object and any pyrotechnic article, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature, and this list is not exhaustive.
Any violator may be denied access to or escorted to the festival gates, shall be liable and liable for prosecution.
5. USE AND VALIDITY OF ACCESS TITLES
5.1/ Validity of Access Titles and Wristbands
The Access Title is only valid for the event that it concerns, at the date, time and under the conditions set out in the Access Title. This title must be retained until the end of the event. The Bracelet is only valid for the event it concerns, at the date, time and under the conditions indicated on the Access Title that activated it. A festival-goer may only claim to enter the festival grounds with an Access Title or Bracelet not corresponding to the date of the day. The date of the day, in this case, means from the opening of the doors in the morning until the last concert, even if it takes place after midnight (closing time of the doors). Thus, it is not allowed to pretend to enter the festival grounds from midnight and one (1) minute with an Access Title dated the day.
5.2/ Resale of Access Titles and Wristbands
Each Access Pass is personal and may be resold only in compliance with No 2012-348 of 12 March 2012, which prohibits, under penalty of criminal sanctions, the customary sale of Access Passes for cultural or sporting events without the express authorization of the organizer or owner of the exploitation rights.
The Organizer also recalls the provisions of article 313-6-2 of the Criminal Code, which provides that:
‘Selling, offering for sale or exhibiting for sale or assignment, or providing the means for the sale or assignment of access rights to a sporting, cultural or commercial event or a live performance, in a customary manner and without the authorization of the producer, organizer or owner of the rights of exploitation of that event or performance, shall be punishable by a fine of EUR 15 000. This penalty is increased to €30,000 in the event of a repeat offense.
For the purposes of the first subparagraph, access rights shall be deemed to be any ticket, document, message or code, whatever its form and medium, attesting to the fact that the producer, organizer or owner has obtained the right to attend the event or show.”It is accepted that only tickets purchased via the official platform https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ are valid for the 2026 edition of ‘HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL’ and that only that platform is authorized to accept and facilitate the online placing and resale of a second-hand access right for the ‘HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL’ edition 2026.
It is recommended that everyone be in possession of an Access Document of which the Buyer designated in the Organizer's database and having paid for the order, is himself. To be designated Buyer responsible for his ticket and if the festival-goer did not buy it himself on the official platform, he is recommended that the latter make a purchase via private sale on https://tickets.hellfest.fr/. It is not recommended to buy an Access Title to a stranger either by hand or on the Internet, even for private sale, as it may be that the link, although similar, is a link to a mirror site.
5.3/ Resale of wristbands
It is strictly forbidden to resell a Bracelet. The latter was placed or sent to a specific festival-goer and gives him access to the festival according to the conditions of the Access Title that he activated. It can also be charged to Cashless credit by the person who linked it to his online account. In the event of theft of his Bracelet, the festival-goer can block his chip on his online account or go to the on-site service or contact the festival at [email protected] to detach his ticket from the account and thus preserve the sum loaded and the Access Title that could have been attached to this bracelet. In addition, if he so wishes, the initial purchaser may turn to the competent police services, the
Organizer may be asked to produce the documents necessary for filing a complaint.
It is recalled that if the Buyer sells on the official website or receives a refund of his Access Ticket by activating the Reimbursed Ticket option, then this action cancels the Bracelet option at home and this, without any possible dispute. The Buyer is not entitled to any refund or compensation.
5.4/ Reproduction of an Access Card
You may not reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit any Access Title or Bracelet in any way. Reproduction of Access Titles or Bracelet is prohibited and would not provide any benefit.
The Organizer may refuse access to the venue where the Event is taking place if it realizes that several prints or reproductions of a printable Access Document are in circulation and that access to the venue of the Event has already been granted to the bearer of a print or a reproduction.
The Organizer is not obliged to verify the identity of the person in possession of the Access Title at home, nor to verify the authenticity of the Access Title, since the copy of the Access Title at home can not be detected with certainty; only the first person presenting the Access Title or a reproduction of it will be allowed to access the place where the event will take place. This person is presumed to be the legitimate holder of the Access Title.
In this case, if the person holding a Printable Access Permit is refused access to the venue where the Event is taking place, he will not be entitled to any refund of the price paid.
5.5/ Multiple Access Certificates
It is possible for the festival-goer to be in possession of several cumulative Access Titles. It is absolutely essential that the festival-goer present all the Access to Control Titles the first time, to receive in exchange the Bracelet corresponding to all his Access Titles. It must also inform the controllers on which Access Document it had previously charged its Cashless credit. If the festival-goer forgets to present one of his Access Tickets or if he acquires a new Access Ticket when he has his Bracelet on his wrist, the festival-goer must immediately go to the ticket service on the festival grounds or come forward to a control officer at the entrances to have his access rights changed.
HELLFEST PRODUCTIONS states that the person who reproduced the Access Title and the user of the copy of the Access Title are liable to criminal prosecution under the provisions of Articles 313-1 and 441-1 of the Criminal Code.
6. POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND OFFICIAL RESALE
6.1/ Scope of application
These conditions of postponement, cancelation and refund apply to all Access Titles sold by the Organizer and those sold second-hand on the https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ platform. In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, show tickets are not subject to any right of withdrawal.
As of their purchase by the festival-goer, the Access Document(s) may not be exchanged or refunded (except in the cases described below), even if the Access Document has not been used by the festival-goer.
The postponement, partial or total cancelation of the Event may result in particular but not exclusively from technical, climatic, security, health reasons, withdrawal of the authorizations of the public authorities or because of cancelations of programmed artists…
6.2/ Event Postponement
If the Event is postponed, the Access Ticket remains valid for the date it is rescheduled.
If, however, the festival-goer wishes to have his ticket refunded, he can do so in the manner described in 6.5.
6.3/ Cancellation, postponement of the Event and modification
If the Event is canceled, thereimbursement arrangements will be communicated by the Organization mainly through its official website. Reimbursement will only be made to the purchaser who has paid for the order against delivery of the Access Ticket and according to the conditions detailed in 6.5. Reimbursement will never be made in favor of the participant as his name is noted for information purposes only on the ticket. If the participant has purchased the Buyer Access Pass by hand, he or she will never be designated as the purchaser responsible for this ticket and will therefore never be eligible for a refund or apply for the ticket service.
The Access Title purchased by the festival-goer is understood as a global service. The Ticket purchased by the festival-goer is not a specific purchase for a particular artist or several artists. Thus, in the event of cancelation of the entry of an artist or several artists (including a “headliner” artist), the festival-goer cannot ask the Organizer for a refund of his Access Title or compensatory damages.
In the context of the purchase of a one (1) day pass purchased and in the event that this entire day is canceled, a full refund of the canceled day will be made and the refund will only be made to the original purchaser against the return of the ticket. In the event of cancelation of a day on which fifty percent (50%) of the event has taken place during that day, no refund will be made.
In the case of a four (4) day pass purchased, the refund will be pro rata to the canceled days where the 50% rule of the event during the day will remain applicable.
On a four (4) day pass purchased, each day is valued at 25% of the ticket price.
6.4/ Terms and conditions of repayment
The conditions for claiming reimbursement will be brought to the attention of the festival-goer at the time of the postponement and/or cancelation of the entire edition of the “HELLFEST OPEN AIR FESTIVAL”. The dates are announced on its website https://tickets.hellfest.fr/.
Any refund request received after the exceptional refund period or which does not follow the application procedure indicated by the Organizer, will be inadmissible. Any refund request received by e-mail is inadmissible. Any application that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Any ticket purchased outside the official sales platform that is accessible on https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ is excluded from the online refund procedure. The festival-goer must approach the seller directly to request a refund of his Access Ticket.
6.5/ Refund Amount
Only the price of the Access Ticket will be refunded, excluding the management and rental fees that are kept by SAS WEEZEVENT. No incidental expenses of any kind (option, cross selling, etc.) will be reimbursed or compensated.
6.6/ Ticket Refund Option
When purchasing a ticket, the festival-goer can check the Reimbursed Ticket option for each ticket for which he or she wishes to make sure he or she can change his or her mind. This option is paid for and must be paid for by ticket. From the day after the purchase until May 15, 2026, the festivalgoer can at any time and autonomously request the refund of his ticket by validating his request in his Order Management Module on https://tickets.hellfest.fr/. The festival-goer must validate his request and it will be final.
The refund of his ticket will be effective within sixty (60) days, non-contractual period. And will appear on his bank account according to his own banking deadlines. The festival-goer must apply for all tickets that he wishes to relinquish and for which he has settled the option. It is not possible to claim a refund from a third party's bank account.
6.7/ Official Resale
Each holder of an Access Title for the Event can resell it via its Order Management module on https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ (footer). By logging in with the email that was used for the purchase and then validating the security link sent, the owner of the Access Title has the possibility to rename it and/or click on the resale option. A private sales link is generated as needed and allows him to send this ad to a friend and only to that person, if he wishes. The Owner of the Access Title and the potential secondary buyer may choose not to complete this private sale and the Access Title will be available again thirty (30) minutes after sending in the Owner's Order Management module. The latter may then choose to put up for sale its Public Access Pass.
The secondary prospective buyer can go either to their private link if they have received one or to the Resale module via https://tickets.hellfest.fr to access the purchase of a Access title, if an original purchaser has made its advertisement public. If no Access Ticket has been offered for sale in public, then the potential secondary buyer will not be able to access the purchase of an Access Ticket. You can register on the waiting list by entering your email on the home page of the resale module. Waiting list registration does not guarantee that you will be granted an Access Permit. The Organizer reserves the right to condition the sending of informational emails to those registered on this waiting list and cannot be held responsible in case of non-receipt of sent emails.
The Sold Access Title will be automatically removed from the Order Management module of the previous owner and will appear on the Order Management module of the new owner who will be able to manage this Access Title as he sees fit. The options that will have been settled by the new owner depend solely on his own choices and cannot be transferred.
The seller cannot list the management fees paid at that time or the options paid by the seller. For example, the price of the 2026 4-day Pass is €349 including VAT, so it will be refunded. Any fees he may have had to obtain this ticket or to obtain an option will not be resellable. The seller will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. After purchase, the sum will be credited back to the seller's bank account within sixty (60) days and will also depend on the deadlines conditioned by his bank. The secondary purchaser will be required to pay the Resale file fee of ten (10) percent of the ticket price. For internal organizational reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of sale, resale, to remove access to the options offered then, on the date that it suits it without having to communicate on the subject.
