The 2025 edition is now sold out. However, it is still possible to buy or resell a pass on tickets.hellfest.fr, only.
Will there be an automatic purchase system if a ticket becomes available on the resale platform?
No, there will be no automatic purchase system. When tickets become available, you will be notified via the Resale tab on tickets.hellfest.fr. If you are on the waiting list, an alert will be sent randomly to a group of people on the list.
How does the ticket allocation system work?
The ticket allocation is entirely random. It does not take into account the registration date to ensure everyone has a fair chance.
Can we receive the wristband at home?
If you selected the option for home delivery of your wristband when purchasing your ticket, it will be sent to you automatically. Please note that if the delivery address is not provided at the time of purchase, no package will be sent.
If the ticket has been resold or deleted, you will not receive a wristband unless you reply to the email that was sent to you.

For orders destined for countries with a high risk of parcel loss or excessively long delivery times, the order will be refunded. In this case, you will need to collect your wristband upon arrival at the festival via the "fast-track" queue. An email will be sent to you with further instructions.
The home delivery option for wristbands is only available at the time of ticket purchase. If the ticket has been resold or cancelled, you will not receive a wristband, unless you respond to the email that will have been sent to you.

I haven’t received my ticket after placing an order
- To combat the black market and fraudulent resales, you will now receive an order confirmation upon purchase instead of your ticket directly.
- Your ticket will be available 1 month before the festival through the Order Management module.

I want to buy a half-price ticket
- Eligibility: Minors aged 6 to 16 inclusive
- Purchase: Only available on-site at the "Ticketing" booth upon presentation of the accompanying adult's Pass or wristband
- Limit: One half-price pass per adult (regardless of the child's age)
- Note: Children under 6 are not allowed at the festival (The age taken into account is that of the minor on the day of the festival)
RATES 6 > 16 YEARS OLD :
- 1 DAY PASS (Thursday): €57.50
- 1 DAY PASS (Friday, Saturday or Sunday): €67.50
- 4-DAY PASS: €169.50
How much does access to the showers cost during the festival?
The H2O service, which provides access to the showers located in the heart of the Metal Corner, is available for €6 for the entire duration of the festival.
