is it possible to buy a pass for 2027 edition ?

- 1-day passes will go on sale during the first quarter of 2027.
How many passes can I purchase?
- You can order up to 2 passes per purchase
Can we receive the wristband at home?
- If you selected the option for home delivery of your wristband when purchasing your ticket, it will be sent to you automatically. Please note that if the delivery address is not provided at the time of purchase, no package will be sent.
- If the ticket has been resold or deleted, you will not receive a wristband unless you reply to the email that was sent to you.

For orders destined for countries with a high risk of parcel loss or excessively long delivery times, the order will be refunded. In this case, you will need to collect your wristband upon arrival at the festival via the "fast-track" queue. An email will be sent to you with further instructions.

I haven’t received my ticket after placing an order
To combat the black market and fraudulent resales, you will now receive an order confirmation upon purchase instead of your ticket directly.
Your ticket will be available 1 month before the festival through Customer Area module.
I want to buy a half-price ticket
- Eligibility: Minors aged 6 to 16 inclusive
- Purchase: Only available on-site at the "Ticketing" booth upon presentation of the accompanying adult's Pass or wristband
- Limit: One half-price pass per adult (regardless of the child's age)
- Note: Children under 6 are not allowed at the festival (The age taken into account is that of the minor on the day of the festival)
