80% of the stalls offer vegetarian options, and 20% offer vegan choices.

To help reduce waste and environmental impact, we've implemented several rules:
- No plastic is used
- All packaging is 100% compostable
- Waste sorting has been reinforced
- About ten stands also offer edible cutlery (by Koove)
- All unsold food will be donated to Restos du CÅ“ur and l'Autre Cantine
