ℹ️ To combat the black market, tickets will no longer be sent directly via email. You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and will be able to access your ticket 1 month before the festival through your “Customer Area” on tickets.hellfest.fr
🔁 Any order changes or resales must be made directly through the “Customer Area” module, also on tickets.hellfest.fr
REPORTING PROCEDURE

Watch out for online and social media scams! Follow these steps to respond quickly:
1️⃣ Spot: Identify suspicious websites or accounts (spam, phishing, impersonation, fake “4-day” or “1-day” passes).
2️⃣ Don’t click: Do not enter any personal or payment information.
3️⃣ Report it on PHAROS: Go to internet-signalement.gouv.fr and describe the situation, including any links or screenshots.
4️⃣ Report it on social media: Use the reporting tools for the suspicious account or post.
🗒️ Always keep evidence (screenshots, links, messages) to help authorities or social media support take effective action.
