I'M RESELLING MY TICKET

Access your order

Go to tickets.hellfest.fr
Click on “CUSTOMER AREA” in the top-right menu

Log in

Enter the email address you used for the purchase
Click on the link you received in the email

Select the ticket to resell

Click on "ORDER" and choose the ticket you wish to resell
Click "MANAGE"

Choose your resell option:

Private resale (to someone you know)

Click on "PRIVATE RESALE"
Copy the link and share it with the person of your choice.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: DO NOT OPEN THE LINK YOURSELF, OR THE RESALE WILL BE BLOCKED FOR 1 HOUR

Public resale

By default, the ticket will automatically be listed on the official resale platform.

Confirm

Cliquez sur “CONFIRMER” pour lancer la revente

Track the status

Click "CONFIRM" to start the resale. Your ticket will display as "FOR SALE"
You can cancel the resale anytime before the ticket is sold

Go to tickets.hellfest.fr

Join the waiting list

Enter your email address
You'll receive a confirmation email once you're on the list

Purchase your ticket

You'll be notified by email as soon as a ticket becomes available
You will have a limited time (as specified in the email) to complete the purchase
After that, the ticket will be offered to the next person in line

Be wary of other websites offering ticket resales; tickets.hellfest.fr remains the only official resale platform.

Only the purchase price of the ticket (excluding any fees charged by the service provider and any optional extras) will be refunded to the credit card used for the initial purchase.

Upon resale, the secondary buyer of the ticket will pay the ticket price plus resale fees and administrative fees.

IMPORTANT

How the resale works

Each ticket listed for resale IS RANDOMLY OFFERED to someone on the waiting list
That person has A LIMITED TIME to complete the purchase
If no action is taken, the ticket is offered to the next person
To keep the process moving, this time window may be shortened depending on the number of tickets available.
