I WANT TO BUY A RESALE TICKET

HOW IT WORKS

• To buy or resell a ticket, go directly to tickets.hellfest.fr.
• As soon as a ticket is put back on sale, it appears directly in the list (single-day tickets & 4-day passes).
• First come, first served!

GO TO THE RESALE SECTION

To access the resale section, click on the menu in the top right corner of the page
There are two options:

• Ticket Resale
• Easy Camp Resale 

Be wary of other websites offering ticket resales; tickets.hellfest.fr remains the only official resale platform.

Only the purchase price of the ticket (excluding any fees charged by the service provider and any optional extras) will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Upon resale, the secondary buyer of the ticket will pay the ticket price plus resale fees and administrative charges.

I'M SELLING MY TICKET

View your order

• Go to tickets.hellfest.fr
• Click on “Order Management” in the menu at the top right

Sign in

• Enter the email address you used when making your purchase
• Click on the link you received in the email

Choose the ticket you want to resell

• Click “Order”
• Select the ticket you want to resell
• Click “Manage”

Choose your resale method:

A) Private sale (to a relative)

• Click on “Private Resale”
• Copy the link and share it with whoever you choose
  ⚠️ Warning: Do not open the link yourself, or the resale will be blocked for 1 hour

B) Public resale

• Click on “Public Resale”
• The ticket will be automatically relisted on the official marketplace

Confirm

• Click “Confirm” to start the resale

Tracking

• Your ticket is listed for sale; it shows as “for sale”
• You can cancel the listing as long as it hasn't been sold
