Beware of other websites offering ticket resales—only tickets.hellfest.fr is the official resale platform.
Only the purchase price of the ticket (excluding various fees and any optional add-ons) will be refunded to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
When reselling, the secondary buyer of the ticket will pay the ticket price, plus resale fees (collected by Weezevent) and management fees.
You can choose to resell your ticket either publicly or via private link* to a close friend. The full process is available through your order management module.
*Private link: Beware of scams! If you receive a link, make sure it actually comes from a trusted friend (not just an acquaintance or a stranger) and that the address starts with “tickets.hellfest.fr”
