On-Site

Prevention

At Hellfest, music and celebration bring together thousands of passionate people in a spirit of freedom, sharing, and respect. That’s why we’ve set up Hellcare, a comprehensive system for risk prevention in festive environments and the fight against discrimination, harassment, gender-based and sexual violence (GBSV).

The HELLCARE system is based on a team of 150 trained professionals and volunteers, including psychologists, health specialists, GBV (Gender-Based Violence) officers, and prevention workers. Hellcare provides dedicated spaces on-site (welcome, listening, prevention kit distribution, information), accessible at all times to raise awareness, offer support, or take action.

The festival enforces zero tolerance for any form of violence or inappropriate behavior. Victims or witnesses can alert on-site teams, go to a Hellcare space, or contact the emergency numbers provided. This program is the result of collaboration with specialized organizations and reflects Hellfest’s commitment to making the event a place of freedom, kindness, and collective responsibility.
