Ran out of battery?

A mobile phone charging service provided by Engie will be available throughout the festival.

To stay connected throughout the festival, Engie power banks will be available at several locations on the grounds: Metal Corner, Hellcity, Bar Scorpion (concert area), and Easy Camp.

Purchasing a battery

• Price: €40 (tax included)
• One battery allows for up to 2 phone charges
• All batteries are equipped with built-in cables compatible with most digital devices
• Festival-goers who have purchased a battery can recharge it for free at the festival stations and retrieve it once charging is complete

Power Bank Rental

• €10 deposit
• 3 hours of free charging included
• Beyond that: €2 per additional hour
• Any overage fees will be automatically charged in case of late return
• Any power bank not returned or damaged will be billed €40

IMPORTANT

• Old MANA batteries are not compatible with this new service: they cannot be exchanged or recharged
• Cashless payments are not accepted. Payment is by credit card only
• Thanks to fast-charging technology, it is possible to charge up to 70% of a phone’s battery in 1 hour
