Enjoy the festival without bringing your own gear in a fully equipped area!

In this area, you will find restrooms, showers, a shaded comfort space (tables, giant poufs, deckchairs), a food and phone charging zone. The area is enclosed, monitored, and subject to entrance control.

WARNING: ACCESS TO EASY CAMP DOES NOT GRANT ACCESS TO THE FESTIVAL. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ALREADY HAVE A PASS FOR HELLFEST 2025.

Easy Camp will open when the festival's main gates open, on Wednesday, June 18 at 4:00 PM. You must first go through the wristband checkpoint to access it with your festival wristband. Easy Camp will close on Monday, June 23 at 12:00 PM. Only the primary buyer can collect the accommodation upon presentation of their Easy Camp ticket. It is recommended to arrive with all campers on the first day. (An ID will be required for all campers).

New this year, the duo tent is a waterproof polyester tent, more spacious, and almost tall enough to stand in. It includes:

2 self-inflating mattresses
2 complete kits (sleeping bag, camping chair, bath towel)

1 tipi (3m diameter) with 2 mattresses (10cm thick)

4-Person Comfort Tipi:

1 tipi (4m diameter) with 4 mattresses (10cm thick)
4 comfort kits (140x200cm duvet, 60x60cm pillow, bed sheets, bath towel)

5-Person Comfort Tipi:

1 tipi (4.5m diameter) with 5 mattresses (10cm thick)

6-Person Comfort Tipi:

1 tipi (5m diameter) with 6 mattresses (10cm thick)

All tipis are located near a "Lounge" area.

In an effort to reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, we're introducing a more sustainable solution: no more disposable hygiene kits! This year, shower gel and shampoo will be freely available at the festival’s sanitary facilities—combining convenience with an eco-friendly commitment.

CHALET (4 PEOPLE)

1 individual chalet with 2 x 2 bunk beds with 10cm mattresses.

Insulated accommodation with 4 single beds and comfortable mattresses (80x200cm - beds can be pushed together or separated with a divider).

4 deckchairs and 1 outdoor coffee table, plus access to a dedicated WC area

Duo Tent: €320 (i.e., €32 per person per night)

Tipi:

2 people: €515 (i.e., €51.50 per person per night)

5 people: €1,025 (i.e., €41 per person per night)
6 people: €1,230 (i.e., €41 per person per night)

Chalet - 4 People: €1,790 (i.e., €89.50 per person per night)

Tiny House - 4 People: €2,500 (i.e., €125 per person per night)

FAQ

What is included in the Hygiene Kit ?

Shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrush.

Can we bring our own equipment to Easy Camp ?

Chairs are allowed, but canopies are not.

Are lamps provided ?

Power bank dispensers will be available so you can use your phone's light, reducing energy consumption.

Rental fees will be charged for each purchase, and a tourist tax will be requested during your online purchase. Hellfest Productions will transfer the collected tax amount to the Syndicat Mixte du SCoT et du Pays du Vignoble Nantais.
