Concert or festival organizers, as with every edition, we invite you to list your event free of charge on large-format boards installed at the entrance to the concert area of Hellfest.
You have until May 14 (included) to submit the details of your event, which must take place exclusively (between June 23, 2025, and September 1, 2025.)
As a reminder, flyer distribution and unauthorized posting are strictly prohibited on and around the festival grounds in order to maintain site cleanliness and support the work of our cleaning crews. This signage is therefore the only authorized way to promote your concert or festival at Hellfest.
No corrections or changes can be made after submitting your information through this form. So please make sure to proofread carefully before sending!
