HELLCARE

Hellbangers, your safety and well-being are our top priority in organizing Hellfest.

The HELLCARE program aims to bring together prevention initiatives (alcohol, drugs, sexuality, hearing), psychological support, and reporting services (sexual and gender-based violence, discrimination, harassment) for festivalgoers, volunteers, and staff working at Hellfest. It is therefore divided into three main areas:

PREVENTION: Raising awareness and providing information about risks in party settings and related health issues:

  • Alcohol
  • Drugs
  • Sexuality
  • Hearing risks

LISTENING SERVICE: A support service providing listening and psychological counseling by healthcare professionals to assist members of the public or team members experiencing psychological distress.

REPORTING: A system to report incidents of gender-based and/or sexual violence, discrimination, or harassment through various channels:

  • A free mobile app called “Hellcare” for geolocated reporting at the festival site
  • 3 “Hellcare” booths located throughout the festival grounds, staffed by teams and available around the clock (concert area / Hellcity / campground)
  • Patrol teams in the festival areas

WHAT'S NEW

  • Interactive breathalyzer stations at the festival exit (provided by Flinebooth)
  • Road safety booth at the workshop and bike parking area
  • Hellcare Contact (available on-site): 07 44 42 30 77
