Accessibility

The Hellfest PMR/PSH team is here to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for festival-goers with disabilities.

Each disabled person and their accompanying person must have a valid pass for every day they attend. (Wristbands are personal and cannot be transferred).

Once you’ve purchased your ticket, contact us at [email protected] to organize your arrival.

PMR-PSH WELCOME AREA

The PMR-PSH welcome area is located at the festival entrance, in the Arlekino parking area.

Here you’ll find the following services:

  • Information and guidance
  • Ticket scanning
  • Verification of your disability card or official documents
  • 4-day or 1-day festival wristbanding
  • Issuance of the “PMR Pass” or “Fast Track Pass”

Dedicated lanes are available to help you move around more easily at the entrance.

Access to accessibility services is granted upon presentation of your festival pass and disability documentation, at the dedicated PMR-PSH reception area near the Guitar Roundabout.

PMR PARKING

200 spaces available for reservation starting mid-April, while supplies last. Located 5 minutes on foot from the festival entrance, PMR parking is at the Arlekino space. It includes PMR spaces, regular parking, and a drop-off zone.

Access to PMR parking must be requested via a dedicated form, open until Monday, May 26. Responses will be sent in early June. Please note, submitting a request does not guarantee a parking spot as spaces are limited!

PMR CAMPING

PMR area is available in the general festival campground, accessible via adapted paths.
Space is limited, and only 1 companion is allowed.

Please note: there is no electricity in the camping area, so no possibility to plug in medical equipment overnight.
