Playing good black metal isn't a Scandinavian privilege. Corpse-paints, bloody decorum, and barbarian/Viking mythology aren't essential to rhyme with "quality." These Mancunians know this and pay classy homage to their Anglo-Saxon heritage with greater sobriety, with a more atmospheric and cerebral mode of expression. Without losing an ounce of power and efficiency.
