During their school career, the student THE CHISEL did not choose the “piss, nihilism and dead rat” option, the stock in trade of many other of his punk classmates. If the common core takes up the clichés affiliated with the genre (velocity, aggressiveness and foul-mouthed lyrics), this good-natured British combo flourishes in its journey through devilishly bouncy and melodic music at times which combines with oï sounds and a hardcore state of mind.
