For over 15 years, Hellfest and its local partners have been striving to implement innovative solutions to collect and process the waste generated during the festival.
Our collaboration with the Clisson-based ANIMA’GREEN team (Animaje association) and our partners at Ghetto Art has enabled us to achieve new records in waste recovery, reaching a general rate of 71% in 2023.
This success is yours, and we are proud to boast the best audience in France! Each year, more and more of you show that you care about respecting the grounds that host us by helping to reduce the festival’s environmental impact. To encourage you further, Hellfest and ANIMA’GREEN are reintroducing a big LOTTERY at the camping site!

All you have to do is bring your full and sorted garbage bags to the “Waste Sorting” stand.
In addition to cashless drink credits throughout the day, you will receive a lottery ticket for each drop-off from Thursday to Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm.
The draw will take place on Sunday around 6 pm (schedule posted on-site).
The more bags you bring, the more tickets you get, thus maximizing your chances of winning 2025 passes, so form teams!

Spread out over the camping towers and main exits, Animagreen, in partnership with Les Restos du Coeur, will collect your unopened, non-perishable food items to redistribute to those in need (unopened food, hygiene products, water, sodas, etc.). Meet on Monday from 9 am at the breakfast cabins designated for this purpose.
