Over 80% of the stands offer vegetarian options, with 30% being vegan, 80% homemade, and 80% sourced from France.

To reduce waste and food wastage, we’ve implemented several rules:
- No plastic is used
- All packaging is fully compostable
- Waste sorting is reinforced
- About ten stands also offer edible utensils (by Koovee)
- All unsold food will be donated to Restos du Cœur
